little things that make the world go round :D

i'm so tired i just want to lie face down.
so saturated with medical knowledge, if i sneeze i'd not be spreading swine flu, but nerd flu.
iwannagohomeiwannagohomeiwannagohome!

but then again, God has been good. He sure has. :)

Counting my blessings, and being grateful for each one of them.

Do you know that you being alive is such a great miracle?

From the point your dad's sperm travels that long marathon, all the way through that hostile conditions up to meet your mum's egg, And how that egg and sperm are so magically formed. Did you know how many errors could have happened in between the tiny little process of egg and sperm production? Did you know how hard it must have been for that tiny little, helpless, lump of cells - you - had to endure just to get planted down? Did you know how many things must have happened right, and must not have happened just to let you be born? And how many other things that must have happened right and things that must not have happened for you to be alive right now?

We learn so much about medicine, sometimes it becomes so easy to forget...

the joy of being alive, being able to breathe in the smells of spring...
the joy of being able to smell, taste, touch, feel,
to move your hands in the air and actually know where they are
to smile whenever, wherever you are, and to cry...
to look around and move those tiny eyeballs everywhere, and see
to walk - oh my goodness, walking is totally amazing! :D The amount of things needed for a person to walk normally is just crazy! :D
to be able to move those jaws and eat, talk, or just make a funny face.

ah, those many little things we never thank God for. Thank YOU! :D

and now i'm gonna thank God for sleep. Nites everyone! :D
