medical humour

no. not humerus or aqueous humour. Medical Humour.

Here's what u get when u have too many medics in one place and 2 of them having a 'quarrel'.

"Talk to the elbow. You are not worth the extension."

One medic who happens to be a GP went on talking about how he could not differentiate an elbow joint from the knee joint when he was a FY1. or 1st year houseman in malaysian terms.

then the quarrel continued.

"Talk to the elbow...eh, but then you can't differentiate elbow from knee."

-.-

though this is probably one of the not-so extreme medical joke but i shall write a wee explanation for it.

the explanation behind this:

extension of arm = moving your arm to straighten it. ie opposite of flexing it.

usual slang = talk to the hand (ring any bells)

if you are not worth the extension, hence you get an...??? :P
