siaoness.

to the YMCA tune.

H1N1.

young man, are you coming back to
your homeland, our dear Malaysia,
from Eng-land, or Scotland or Wales,
US-A or Aus-tra-lia?

young man, you better head to your home
i say young man, don't you leave your own home
you must stay there, for at least seven days
so say goodbye to the good times

it's all thanks to the H-1-N-1
it's all thanks to the H-1-N-1

it's a pandemic, as big as titanic
so please go on and just panic

it's really called the H-1-N-1
(no i'm not joking here)
H-1-N-1

though it's hard to pronounce, you better get it right
because the minister said so, alright?

young man, are you listening to me?
I said young man, go and get quarantined.
in your house man, where else can you be?
kamu tunggu apa lagi?

no man, no more football for you
i said, no man, no more yamcha for you,
and your wo-man, will just have to wait
seven days to that great date

it's all because of H-1-N-1
all because of H-1-N-1

it's a pandemic, as big as titanic
so please go on and just panic

it's really called the H-1-N-1
(no i'm not joking here)
H-1-N-1

though it's hard to pronounce, you better get it right
because the minister said so, alright?

NB: The above is neither a public health announcement nor the personal opinions of the author. Please, do not go and panic! :)

chowyee: IMO, it seems like Msia is not really prepared for a pandemic. A lot of what they look like they are doing seem to be 'do so that we can say we are doing something'. And because there wasn't a contingency plan planned before any of these happened, everything now seems a bit of a mess, really. but hope they will continue to improve whatever they are doing now.
